This is an excellent opportunity to join a family-oriented, well-established luxury custom home builder and play a key role in strengthening our financial operations as we continue to grow.

Responsibilities

  • Support project managers by ensuring budgets, contracts, and invoices are aligned and accurately recorded

  • Enter and track construction-related expenses, POs, vendor invoices, and progress payments

  • Assist with month-end close, bank/credit card reconciliations, and supporting documentation

  • Maintain accurate documentation within BuilderTrend, including budgets, change orders, and cost updates

  • (Nice to Have) Assist with closing coordination for residential real estate transactions, including final draws, invoices, closing packets, and communication with attorneys or title companies

Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, ideally within construction, real estate, or homebuilding

  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) — must be very comfortable navigating tools, reports, categorization, and advanced features

  • Experience with BuilderTrend strongly preferred

  • Understanding of job costing, construction billing, and project-based accounting

  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and organization

  • Ability to handle time-sensitive tasks and maintain financial integrity across multiple ongoing projects

  • Experience coordinating real estate closings is a plus
