Feed Mill Manager in Green Bay

Job Description

We are working with an ag company that is seeking a Feed Mill Manager in the area. Looking for someone with prior feed milling capable of hitting-the-ground-running.  This company provides very competitive pay, benefits, retirement, and paid time off within a company that provides a great culture for committed people.

Feed Mill Manager Responsibilities:

• Help establish company goals for Preventative Maintenance and Production
• Oversee production within a feed mill setting
• Manage a crew of employees
• Maintain and repair mechanical issues within the mill
• Utilize company resources

Feed Mill Manager Requirements:

• Experience in feed/food manufacturing
• Degree in Animal Nutrition or agriculture related degrees highly preferred
• Strong mechanical/maintenance background with the ability to troubleshoot
• Experience leading a team

Compensation: $75K-$100K base
