Core Responsibilities:
Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for real estate transactions
Draft and negotiate purchase/sale agreements, leases, loan docs, easements, and shared use agreements
Prepare corporate and organizational documents for transactions and associations (HOAs, condos, etc.)
Draft governance documents: declarations, bylaws, articles, rules & regulations
Manage due diligence and the full lifecycle of real estate and business transactions
