Commercial Roof Director of Installation
Just this week over here at GPAC we partnered up with a very reputable client who is looking to bring on a Commercial Roofing Installation Manager to their team. They are experiencing their Regional Director of Installation retiring in the coming months and want to bring on a successor to the role. This position is one that is paired with great growth potential as well as above market compensation. Commercial Roof Director of Installation Duties
*Will be in charge of overseeing all Project Managers
* Is also responsible for running the production team
* Must be able to fully explain and understand all commercial roof systems (TPO, EPDM, BUR, Mid-Bit, etc.)
*Internal processes such as invoice oversight and training of new PM's
Commercial Roof Director of Installation Experience required
* 4+ years of Commercial Roof Management experience
* Must have experience with having direct reports
*Must have experience communicating effective negotiation skills with important clientele
*Must be tech-savvy and preferably able to complete bids and takeoffs yourself so you can effectively oversee projects
