Our client, a distinguished and successful Plaintiff Personal Injury firm located in Beverly Hills, CA, is seeking a dedicated Attorney to join their elite litigation team. This role is crucial and will involve managing significant pre-trial discovery and preparation for cases destined for substantial settlements or verdicts.

  • Intensive Pre-Trial Work: The primary focus of this role will be motion practice, depositions, discovery, expert witness coordination, and comprehensive case strategy development.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney is strongly preferred. Candidates with more extensive experience will also be considered.
  • Focus: A strong background and proven aptitude for pre-trial litigation (discovery, motions, strategy).
  • Trial Experience: While highly beneficial and a definite plus, direct trial experience is not strictly required for this role.
  • Location: Must be licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of California.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday.
  • Location: This is a fully in-office position located in Beverly Hills, CA (not remote).
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off.
  • Compensation: Highly competitive salary commensurate with experience and market rate.
