In this role, you’ll lead core accounting processes, ensure accuracy in reporting, and play a key part in keeping our finances clean, compliant, and audit-ready. You'll work 4 days a week in office and Wednesdays from home!
Job Duties:
Own the general ledger and ensure accurate, timely month-end and year-end closes
Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
Manage AP/AR, reconciliations, and journal entries
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation
Help improve internal controls and streamline accounting processes
Collaborate with leadership to support strategic financial decisions
Position Requirements:
3+ years of experience in accounting or finance (healthcare experience is a plus!)
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, etc.)
Detail-obsessed, proactive, and dependable
What's Offered:
Competitive salary: $65,000–$80,000
