Job Description

In this role, you’ll lead core accounting processes, ensure accuracy in reporting, and play a key part in keeping our finances clean, compliant, and audit-ready. You'll work 4 days a week in office and Wednesdays from home!

 

Job Duties:

  • Own the general ledger and ensure accurate, timely month-end and year-end closes

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports

  • Manage AP/AR, reconciliations, and journal entries

  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation

  • Help improve internal controls and streamline accounting processes

  • Collaborate with leadership to support strategic financial decisions

 

Position Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance (healthcare experience is a plus!)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting

  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, etc.)

  • Detail-obsessed, proactive, and dependable

 

What's Offered:

  • Competitive salary: $65,000–$80,000
