Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney | West Palm Beach, FL
A well-established Florida law firm is seeking an experienced M&A Attorney to join its West Palm Beach office. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on complex business transactions, corporate structuring, and tax planning matters for high-net-worth individuals, private companies, and family offices.
What You’ll Do
• Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, and other strategic business transactions.
• Provide sophisticated tax planning and structuring guidance for corporations, partnerships, and individuals.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents, including purchase agreements, operating agreements, and shareholder agreements.
• Conduct due diligence and coordinate with accountants, financial advisors, and other professionals on deal structuring.
• Represent clients before the IRS and Florida Department of Revenue in tax controversy matters.
• Support business succession planning and entity formation strategies for closely held companies.
What We’re Looking For
• Licensed and in good standing with The Florida Bar.
• 5–10+ years of focused experience in M&A, corporate, and tax law.
• LL.M. in Taxation preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding of federal and state tax laws, entity structuring, and business transactions.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle sophisticated transactional matters with minimal supervision.
