Job Description

We are seeking a driven and relationship focused Dairy Sales Representative to support and grow our presence with diary producers throughout Wisconsin.  This role is responsible for selling feed additives, forage additives, and feed ingredients by providing value driven nutritional solutions that improve herd health, production efficiency, and farm profitability.

The ideal candidate understands dairy production systems, enjoys working directly with producers and nutritionists, and enjoys building long term relationships.

Dairy Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage strong relationships with dairy producers, nutritionists, and distributors throughout the Wisconsin territory
  • Promote and sell feed additives, forage additives, and feed ingredients tailored to individual herd needs
  • Provide on-farm consultation and product recommendations focused on performance, efficiency, and ROI
  • Work collaboratively with internal technical and operations teams to support customers
  • Identify new business opportunities and grow market share within the territory
  • Execute sales plans, territory strategies, and growth initiatives
  • Stay current on dairy nutrition trends, research, and competitive products

Dairy Sales Representative Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Dairy Science, or related field
  • 3+ years of sales or technical experience in dairy nutrition
  • Strong understanding of dairy herd management, nutrition, and forage systems
  • Proven ability to build truck and long term relationships with dairy producers
  • Regular travel throughout the state required

  • Base Salary of $100K-$120K
