The Contents Project Manager will take full ownership of contents projects from pack-out through restoration and return. This is a leadership role requiring operational precision, customer empathy, and strong documentation skills.

• Manage all aspects of residential and commercial contents projects
• Oversee pack-outs, inventory, cleaning, storage, and pack-backs
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and warehouse operations
• Communicate directly with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and property managers
• Ensure job documentation, estimates, and billing are accurate and timely
• Maintain quality control and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
The ideal Contents Project Manager understands urgency, organization, and leadership.
✔ 4+ years experience in restoration contents management
✔ Proven experience as a Contents Project Manager or similar leadership role
✔ Knowledge of Xactimate and restoration software preferred
✔ Strong documentation and inventory management skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously
✔ Excellent communication and customer service abilities
