A well-established General Contractor is seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in K-12 construction to help lead and support a growing portfolio of projects.

This role will oversee multiple ground-up and renovation school projects, working closely with project teams to drive performance, maintain quality, and ensure successful delivery across the board.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple K-12 construction projects from preconstruction through completion
• Support and mentor Project Managers and field teams
• Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality expectations
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, school districts, and internal teams
• Assist with staffing, planning, and overall operational strategy

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience with a General Contractor
• Strong background in K-12 construction required
• Experience overseeing multiple projects and teams
• Proven leadership and operational management skills
