A well-established, premier family law firm in the Treasure Valley is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join their growing practice in Boise. This firm focuses exclusively on high-stakes divorce and custody matters and is currently expanding.

Work Environment
Requirements: A reasonable annual billable requirement of 1700 hours.
Work Expectation: Monday-Friday (no weekends are required).
Location: In the heart of downtown Boise.
Operational Excellence: Full support staff provided.
Responsibilities
Provide empathetic, high-level strategic counsel to clients throughout the legal process.
Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials.
Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements with precision.
Requirements
Experience: Substantial experience practicing family law (litigation experience preferred).
Licensure: Active member in good standing with the Idaho State Bar.
Skills: Exceptional writing ability, strong courtroom presence, and a commitment to client service.
Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $165,000 – $200,000 (DOE).
