Job Snapshot

Job Description

We’re seeking a CMMS Administrator who brings both systems know-how and mechanical grit to the table. This isn’t a desk-only role—we’re looking for someone who’s just as comfortable turning a wrench on the plant floor as they are analyzing maintenance data behind the scenes. You’ll support multiple sites by managing the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), helping streamline maintenance operations, coordinating parts and inventory, and working shoulder-to-shoulder with technicians to keep production running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to ensure accurate data entry, maintenance tracking, and reporting.

  • Work directly with maintenance technicians on the floor—helping troubleshoot issues, source parts, and solve problems hands-on.

  • Monitor and manage inventory systems; coordinate part orders and ensure organized, efficient stock control.

  • Collaborate with departments across the plant to align maintenance schedules with production goals and ensure uptime.

  • Support and train plant staff in proper CMMS use and maintenance practices.

  • Participate in machinery installations, relocations, and system validations.

  • Assist in ongoing improvement efforts by identifying process gaps and helping implement practical solutions.

Preferred Background:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Experience using CMMS platforms in a manufacturing setting.

  • Solid mechanical maintenance skills—must be able to step in and assist with basic repairs, troubleshooting, and hands-on support.

  • Familiarity with preventive, predictive, and proactive maintenance strategies.

  • Comfortable navigating production floors, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

  • Team player with a strong sense of accountability and clear communication.

  • Willingness to work overtime or be on-call as needed.

Why Apply:

  • Be part of a high-impact maintenance team that values both brains and hands-on skill.

  • Gain ownership over plant systems and make a visible difference in performance and reliability.

  • Work in a culture that respects teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
