Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee and manage process piping installation projects primarily in the beverage industry, with occasional work in the liquid food and personal care markets. The Site Manager will be responsible for leading all aspects of site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

This position is based in St. Louis, MO, with 40-60% travel to project sites across the U.S. and Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage multiple site installation projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.

· Coordinate with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to define project requirements.

· Develop and oversee project plans, including resource allocation and material procurement.

· Supervise and direct on-site teams, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure efficient execution.

· Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety and quality standards.

· Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and fabrication teams to ensure timely project execution.

· Maintain effective communication with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.

· Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure financial objectives are met.

· Enforce compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

· Prepare and submit project reports, documenting progress and any scope changes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

· 5+ years of experience in managing site installation projects, preferably in the beverage or food processing industry.

· Strong knowledge of sanitary stainless steel piping systems and installation techniques.

· Familiarity with process piping layouts, including Liquid Blending, Tank Systems, CIP, Filtration, CO₂, and Ammonia systems.

· Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Strong communication skills for collaboration with clients, teams, and subcontractors.

· Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

· Ability to travel extensively (40-60%), often for extended periods.
