Your Role as a Sales Specialist

As a Sales Specialist – Architectural & Environmental Signage, you’ll be the key link between our company and potential customers. Your goal? To provide tailored signage solutions that enhance branding, communication, and navigation in corporate, healthcare, education, retail, and public spaces.

Your Responsibilities as a Sales Specialist will include:

  • Consultative Sales: Understand client needs and recommend signage solutions that align with their brand and environment.
  • Business Development: Identify new opportunities, cultivate relationships, and expand our customer base.
  • Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Site Visits & Presentations: Meet with clients on-site, conduct needs assessments, and present product options.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our design and production teams to bring client visions to life.
  • CRM & Sales Tools: Utilize software to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and document client interactions.

What Makes You a Great Fit as a Sales Specialist

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in signage, printing, construction, or a related industry.
  • Strong networking, prospecting, and relationship-building skills.
  • Consultative sales approach with the ability to educate and guide clients.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in sales, business, or design is a plus.
