🦷 Responsibilities
Serve as the primary and sole dentist in the practice
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
Perform restorative procedures, extractions, and edentulous restorations
Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff
Maintain compliance with all state and federal dental regulations
🎯 Qualifications
DDS or DMD degree
Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience required
Comfortable practicing independently as a solo provider
Strong surgical and prosthetic skills preferred
Excellent communication and patient-care abilities
