A respected multi-state law firm is seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Attorney to join its Phoenix office. This is an exceptional opportunity for an attorney with a strong background in coverage litigation defense and complex coverage analysis to step into a high-performing, collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle a diverse caseload of insurance coverage disputes and coverage litigation defense
• Conduct detailed coverage analysis and draft formal coverage opinions
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex matters
• Communicate directly with clients, carriers, and internal team members
• Manage cases from initial evaluation through resolution
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in insurance coverage work
• Strong background in coverage litigation defense
• Proven ability in coverage analysis and opinion writing
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
• Active Arizona Bar license (or ability to obtain)
