Job Description

Full job description

Position: Litigation Associate Attorney

You did not go to law school to be stuck doing paralegal and admin work.

You did not sign up to draft discovery requests and schedule depositions while the support staff shrinks and leadership pretends it is normal.

Meanwhile, associates bounce every two years. Leadership shifts. Mentorship lacks. Shareholder track feels like a moving target.

That is not how it works here.

You will see names on the door who have been here for many years. The partners didn’t lateral in. They built their careers here, from associate to leadership.

And you will have the support staff you need—paralegals, admins, resources—so you can focus on what you are paid to do: real litigation work.

This is not a place where you grind for years hoping to get a shot at real litigation work. It is not a firm where shareholder is a vague promise instead of a clear goal. Here, you will handle high-exposure litigation.

What You Need:

  •  2 – 5 years of litigation experience
  • Proficiency with pleadings, motions, discovery, and various legal documents
  • Experience handling multiple cases independently, while collaborating on additional cases in a team setting
  • Highly organized with exceptional skills in drafting, negotiation, and communication
  • Active membership with the Utah State Bar
  • Motivated to learn and grow

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Exceptional base salary + performance-based bonuses
  • Mentorship from recognized lawyers at the top of their practice areas
  • Full health/medical benefits, vacation, and 401(k)
  • Work-life balance: We believe that a fulfilling career should not come at the expense of personal well-being

If you are ready to take the next step in your career, please, confidentially apply.
