They are expanding and looking to hire an experienced Commercial Roofing Estimator to support both estimating and business development as they continue growing across the region.

The ideal Commercial Roofing Estimator will:
Lead estimating for re-roofs, new construction, restorations, and major repairs
Perform detailed takeoffs, spec reviews, roof inspections, and pricing breakdowns
Prepare accurate scopes, competitive proposals, and polished bid packages
Support relationship-building with GCs, PMs, owners, and key decision-makers
Attend site visits, walk-throughs, pre-bids, and industry events
Work closely with operations for smooth transition from estimate to production

5–10+ years as a Commercial Roofing Estimator
Expertise with TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified, coatings, metal, and restoration systems
Ability to read architectural/engineering plans and spec
Estimating luxury residential roofing systems including Slate, Tile, and Meta
Familiarity with architectural-driven designs and high-end finishes
Experience with The EDGE, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or similar
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to develop and manage client relationships
Competitive base salary: DOE + strong commission/bonus
