A major Midwest builder is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead large commercial ground-up builds.
Position Summary
This role manages full site operations, subcontractor sequencing, manpower planning, safety enforcement, and high-level coordination with project management.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee site leadership for projects $20M–$80M+.
• Manage schedule execution, workforce planning, and inspection readiness.
• Lead subcontractor meetings and two-week look-ahead planning.
• Collaborate closely with PM team on cost, design, logistics, and changes.
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards.
Qualifications
• 10+ years of commercial superintendent experience.
• Successful history leading large ground-up builds.
• Strong communication and leadership presence.
• OSHA 30 required.
