What You'll Bring:
✔️ 1–2+ years of Intellectual Property (IP) Legal Assistant experience (required)
✔️ Strong organizational and multitasking skills
✔️ Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities
✔️ Experience managing deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment
✔️ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems
Responsibilities:
🔹 Support attorneys in all aspects of Intellectual Property matters
🔹 Prepare, proofread, and file legal documents and correspondence
🔹 Manage calendars, deadlines, and docketing tasks
🔹 Coordinate client communications and maintain case files
🔹 Assist with administrative and legal support functions
