Practice Overview: We are a well-established, multi-generational private dental practice located in the Milwaukee Wisconsin area. We have a diverse patient base who are just as dedicated to us, as we are to them. Our practice offers a full range of services, including implant dentistry, bone grafting, dentures, and all phases of general dentistry. We are a busy, thriving practice, accepting many PPOs, with no HMOs, and we pride ourselves on delivering top-notch care to our patients across all age groups.

Position: Associate Dentist (with Buy-In Opportunity)

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Dentist to join our team with the potential for practice ownership once established and comfortable. This is an exciting opportunity for a dentist who is looking for long-term growth and to eventually take on the role of practice owner. Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 4 years of experience and is comfortable treating patients of all ages while performing a wide range of dental procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine dental exams, cleanings, and preventive care.
• Perform various restorative procedures, including fillings, crowns, and bridges.
• Work with patients of all ages, providing comprehensive care tailored to their needs.
• Perform prosthodontic procedures (removable and fixed) with proficiency.
• Handle endodontic treatments and routine extractions.
• Provide implant dentistry, including consultations and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with the existing team to ensure a high standard of patient care and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a practicing dentist.
• Proficiency in all aspects of general dentistry, including prosthodontics, endodontics, and implant dentistry. (CAN BE TAUGHT BY CURRENT OWNER)
• Experience with bone grafting is a plus.
• Comfortable working with a diverse patient base, including children and adults.
• Willingness to collaborate and work alongside a highly experienced team.
