Title: Experienced Tax Professional
Location: Wellesley, MA (Onsite)
Salary: $100,000–$130,000
Schedule: Full-time, Year-round
Start Date: Immediate

About the Firm:
We’re a boutique tax and accounting firm based in Wellesley, MA, known for our client-focused approach, tight-knit team, and strong local presence. With a retiring team member, we’re looking to add an experienced tax professional who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare a variety of tax returns (1040, 1041, 990, 1120, 1120S, 1065, 706)
• Provide audit assistance and respond to IRS/state notices
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients—own the process from start to finish
• Assist with bookkeeping for select clients
• Accept payments, process filings, and ensure accurate submission
• Collaborate with leadership while maintaining independence in your work

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of professional tax preparation experience
• CPA or Enrolled Agent preferred
• Experience with Drake and Lacerte software
• Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset
• Self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team

Compensation & Benefits:

• $100K–$130K base salary, depending on experience
• Medical & dental insurance options
• Paid vacation, sick, holiday, and personal time
• Busy season: 40–50 hours/week
• Off-season: 32–40 hours/week

This is an on-site position based in Wellesley, MA.
