About Us We are a small, collaborative firm that values accuracy, integrity, and long-term client relationships. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant who enjoys a team-focused environment and is comfortable working on site.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare individual, corporate, and nonprofit tax returns (including Form 990s)
Perform bank reconciliations and assist with quarterly filings
Prepare financial statements with accuracy and attention to detail
Complete payroll tax returns and related compliance filings
Use QuickBooks for bookkeeping, reporting, and client support
Leverage AI tools to improve workflow efficiency and support audit processes (training provided if needed)
Qualifications
Experience in public accounting or tax preparation
Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax compliance
Proficiency with QuickBooks
Comfortable learning and using AI-based tools
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a small team
On-site availability required
