We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a dedicated healthcare team serving residents in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting. As an RN, you will play a key role in promoting resident health, coordinating care, and supporting nursing staff in a professional and resident-centered environment.
Compensation
Starting Pay: $41.00 - $50.00 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and skill set.

Essential Responsibilities
- Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions according to physician orders and care plans
- Perform ongoing resident assessments and monitor changes in condition
- Develop, implement, and maintain individualized care plans
- Accurately document resident care and clinical observations
- Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other support staff
- Coordinate daily nursing activities within an assigned unit
- Assist with leadership responsibilities and provide coverage in the absence of nursing supervisors
- Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality care
Qualifications
Required Credentials
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Two-step TB clearance
- Ability to successfully complete required background screening, fingerprinting, and drug testing
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to evaluate resident needs and implement appropriate nursing interventions
- Experience managing resident behaviors with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment
- Leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to support and direct nursing support staff
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and regulatory compliance
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with residents, families, healthcare providers, and team members
