COMMERCIAL LITIGATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Our award-winning law firm client is seeking a skilled Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to join its rapidly expanding practice in San Diego. This is a unique opportunity to work with a team of accomplished litigators on high-stakes matters across various industries.

Candidate Profile:

• Active Bar Admission in California.
• 4–6 years of substantive experience with commercial/business litigation. Plaintiff side a plus.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience handling litigation matters in state and federal courts, including motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong advocacy skills and the ability to communicate complex legal arguments effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in commercial litigation matters in local, state, and federal courts, at both the trial and appellate levels.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda.
• Participate in discovery, including taking and defending depositions.
• Develop case strategy and collaborate with senior attorneys on high-stakes litigation.
• Provide counsel on regulatory and compliance issues affecting commercial clients.
• Engage with clients to provide strategic advice on dispute resolution and litigation risk.
