• Heavy commercial background and experience
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, manuals
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including effectively communicating with internal staff and external customers alike.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
