Service Coordinator

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized Service Coordinator to support service and construction operations by coordinating service requests, schedules, and communication between field teams and clients. This role is critical to ensuring timely service delivery, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for incoming service requests

  • Schedule and dispatch service technicians, subcontractors, and internal crews

  • Create work orders, job numbers, and maintain accurate service records

  • Coordinate permits, submittals, RFIs, change orders, O&M manuals, and close-out documents

  • Track service tickets from start to completion using CRM or project management systems

  • Coordinate schedules with project managers and field teams

  • Order materials and manage deliveries for service work

  • Assist with invoicing, billing, COIs, and warranty documentation

  • Communicate status updates to clients and internal teams

  • Support issue resolution with a customer-focused approach

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required, degree in Construction Management or Business a plus

  • 2+ years of construction coordination or service administration experience preferred

  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; project or service software experience a plus

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
