Healthcare Project Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited School or Equivalent.
  • 10+ Years of Experience Post Graduation.
  • Expertise working with hospitals, clinics, laboratory, and science and technology project types preferred.
  • Demonstrates judgment and decision-making to connect with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Skills in communicating with client leadership regarding project objectives.
  • Experience using Revit in all phases of design and documentation a plus.

Healthcare Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall technical, design, and management leadership of project teams.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor the progress of project teams.
  • Accountability for the overall success of projects.
  • Plan and manage project budgets and schedules.
  • Manage teams of architects and external consultants.
  • Negotiate and manage consultant and owner contracts.
