Job Description

A growing mechanical contractor is seeking a Service Account Manager to support its service team. This role focuses on building client relationships, managing service accounts, and developing maintenance agreements for commercial HVAC and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow commercial HVAC service accounts
  • Develop and maintain preventive maintenance agreements
  • Work with technicians and clients to identify repair and service needs
  • Prepare service proposals and cost estimates
  • Track contract renewals and maintain strong client relationships
  • Follow up with clients regarding service recommendations and opportunities

Qualifications

  • Experience in the mechanical or HVAC industry
  • Knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment and systems
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • HVAC trade school or technical background is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

  • $75,000 – $120,000 salary (DOE)
