Commercial Roofing Project Manager & Sales
We’re looking for a Commercial Roofing Project Manager & Sales Professional to join our client's team! This role combines project management with client-facing sales, driving business growth while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish—scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the commercial roofing market
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers
- Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, and contracts
- Oversee project timelines, crews, and materials to ensure successful completion
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in commercial roofing project management and sales
- Strong understanding of roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, coatings, etc.)
- Proven track record of managing projects and closing sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical documents
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
