Workers’ Comp Legal Assistant / Paralegal – Full-Time, In-Office (Oklahoma City) | Friendly & Supportive Team

Are you a Workers’ Comp Legal Assistant or Paralegal looking for a role where your skills are valued and your work environment is relaxed and supportive? Our firm is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented legal assistant or paralegal with workers’ comp experience to join our close-knit team. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting attorneys in all stages of workers’ comp cases from intake to resolution
  • Drafting, organizing, and filing legal documents, forms, and correspondence for workers’ comp claims
  • Managing calendars, case files, and deadlines specific to workers’ comp litigation
  • Communicating with clients, medical providers, and other key players in the workers’ comp process
  • Assisting attorneys and other legal assistants in maintaining smooth operations and compliance

  • 3+ years of experience as a workers’ comp legal assistant or paralegal
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • A team-first mindset and professional communication abilities
  • Confidence handling client contact and documentation in a workers’ comp setting
