🚀 What You’ll Do
Financial Leadership & Reporting
- Own the full finance function — from daily accounting to month-end close, reporting, and analysis for executive leadership.
- Lead strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting that drive business growth.
- Deliver clear, actionable insights through monthly reports, KPI dashboards, and variance analyses.
Commercial Finance & Performance Analysis
- Analyze product and category performance to uncover margin opportunities and cost efficiencies.
- Build and refine detailed financial models to support pricing, capital investments, and strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and supply chain teams to optimize performance across the board.
Forecasting, Supply Chain, & Purchasing Integration
- Lead forecasting efforts that align sales expectations with purchasing and inventory strategies.
- Ensure seamless coordination between departments to maintain cost efficiency and operational agility.
Analytics & Continuous Improvement
- Develop data-driven tools and dashboards that bring transparency and insight to the business.
- Identify opportunities to streamline systems, enhance reporting accuracy, and scale for growth.
💼 What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of progressive FP&A, accounting, or finance experience — with leadership exposure
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis skills
- Advanced Excel and ERP proficiency (Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central a plus)
- A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
