What You’ll Do: • Oversee day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, performance management, recruiting, onboarding, 401K/payroll, and compliance • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing guidance on workforce planning, policy development, and HR best practices • Drive employee engagement, coaching, and development initiatives across all levels • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and maintain accurate HR documentation • Support continuous improvement of HR processes, systems, and employee experience

What We’re Looking For: • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong employee relations expertise • Solid understanding of HR compliance, policies, and regulations; including DOT and CDL    knowledge • Proven experience partnering with leadership and influencing across teams • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Ability to balance strategic initiatives with hands-on responsibilities • Experience in food or beverage manufacturing preferred
