DISPATCHER W/BROKERAGE EXPERIENCE

As a Dispatcher with Brokerage experience, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of freight and ensuring on-time deliveries. If you can navigate through challenges like a pro and keep your cool under pressure, then this position is perfect for you!
Position Responsibilities:
- Dispatch shipments and coordinate with drivers
- Track and trace shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Negotiate rates with carriers and maintain good relationships
- Monitor market trends and industry changes to optimize operations
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
Position Essential Job Functions:
- At least 3 years of dispatching experience in a transportation environment
- At least 3 years of freight brokerage experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in transportation management software
