We are seeking an experienced Social Security Disability Attorney to join a respected practice in the Providence, Rhode Island area. This role is ideal for an attorney who is passionate about advocating for clients seeking Social Security Disability (SSD/SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits.
Manage a caseload of Social Security Disability and SSI claims.
Conduct client interviews, develop case strategies, and prepare supporting documentation.
Represent clients at hearings before Administrative Law Judges (ALJs).
Draft briefs, motions, and supporting legal documents.
Collaborate with paralegals, advocates, and medical experts to strengthen client cases.
Maintain compliance with all Social Security Administration (SSA) regulations and deadlines.
Juris Doctor (JD) and active license to practice law (Rhode Island bar required, additional admissions a plus).
1+ years of experience in Social Security Disability law preferred (will consider candidates with strong litigation or administrative law backgrounds).
Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with efficiency and attention to detail.
