Job Description:
As an Agricultural Lender, you will play a crucial role in supporting the agricultural community by managing and expanding a portfolio of farm and agribusiness loans. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on local farming businesses by providing financial solutions tailored to their unique needs.
Responsibilities:
Cultivate lasting relationships with agricultural clients to understand and meet their financing needs.
Evaluate and process loan applications, ensuring a high standard of due diligence and compliance.
Drive new business development initiatives and strengthen existing client relationships to enhance loan portfolio growth.
Provide expert financial guidance to clients, aiding their decision-making processes.
Participate actively in local community and agricultural events, representing the bank and reinforcing its commitment to the agricultural sector.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in agricultural lending or a closely related financial field.
Deep understanding of the agricultural industry and its financial needs.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to engage effectively with clients.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred.
