Job Description:

As an Agricultural Lender, you will play a crucial role in supporting the agricultural community by managing and expanding a portfolio of farm and agribusiness loans. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on local farming businesses by providing financial solutions tailored to their unique needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate lasting relationships with agricultural clients to understand and meet their financing needs.

  • Evaluate and process loan applications, ensuring a high standard of due diligence and compliance.

  • Drive new business development initiatives and strengthen existing client relationships to enhance loan portfolio growth.

  • Provide expert financial guidance to clients, aiding their decision-making processes.

  • Participate actively in local community and agricultural events, representing the bank and reinforcing its commitment to the agricultural sector.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in agricultural lending or a closely related financial field.

  • Deep understanding of the agricultural industry and its financial needs.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to engage effectively with clients.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred.
