Job Title: Estimator / Project Manager – Civil Concrete (Foundations and Flatwork)

Job Type: Full-Time

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Estimator/Project Manager with a strong background in civil concrete projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience estimating and managing projects involving foundations, small concrete structures, curb and gutter, and related work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for civil concrete projects

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources from start to finish

• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and field teams

• Review project plans, specifications, and contract documents

• Track project progress, change orders, and financial performance

• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience estimating and managing civil concrete projects

• Knowledge of concrete construction methods and materials

• Strong understanding of project management and estimating software

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
