Job Description

Position Summary:

The Associate Wealth Advisor supports senior advisors in managing client relationships, delivering financial planning, and executing investment strategies. This role is ideal for a candidate on the CFP® track or with aspirations of growing into a lead advisory position.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support senior advisors in client relationship management and service
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial plans
  • Prepare for and participate in client meetings; follow up on action items
  • Conduct investment research and portfolio analysis
  • Manage client onboarding and data gathering
  • Use CRM and planning software to maintain accurate client records
  • Stay up to date on market trends, financial planning techniques, and regulatory changes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or investment advisory
  • Progress toward or completion of CFP® certification strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficient with financial planning tools (e.g., eMoney, MoneyGuidePro) and CRM systems
  • FINRA Series 65 or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire
