Litigation Paralegal Wanted!
A well-established Texas-based boutique law firm focused on representing public school districts is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their Mansfield office. This firm offers a collaborative environment and the chance to work on impactful matters in education law.
Position Highlights:
Support litigation attorneys in federal and state court matters
Draft motion and discovery shells
Maintain organized and up-to-date electronic case files
Manage scheduling, deadlines, and correspondence tracking
Prepare exhibits and hearing materials
Attend regular meetings to prioritize workflow and discuss case strategy
Preferred Qualifications:
2–3 years of litigation paralegal experience
Experience with Clio is a plus
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
