An industry leading Chicago based contractor is looking for a Project Manager who can lead large-scale commercial construction projects. Applicable project experience for this Project Manager could include a work history of multifamily, education, multifamily, hospitality, mid/high-rise or a diverse commercial background. Project Manager Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Projects of $10MM or more desirable
• Stable work history
• Strong ground-up commercial construction experience (renovation work will also highly considered)

Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Ensuring project success including safety, schedule, profitability, quality and customer satisfaction
• Assuring business development with client contacts, relationships, proposals, presentations and negotiations
• Establish professional working relationships with owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors
• Administering contract terms and conditions, contract documents, subcontract agreements, purchase order agreements, etc.
• Coordination with the appropriate team members and business clientele
