Overview:
A well-established food manufacturing company in Southern Wisconsin is seeking a Plant Manager. Open to either a proven leader with plant management experience or someone ready to step up and be developed into the role. Dairy/cheese preferred; food industry required (smoked meats/cheese a plus).
Responsibilities:
Lead all plant operations: production, maintenance, quality, sanitation, and budget
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
Drive capital projects, process improvements, and cost reduction initiatives
Partner with senior leadership on strategic planning
Promote employee development, engagement, and operational excellence
What We’re Looking For:
Food manufacturing leadership experience (dairy/cheese or smoked meats preferred)
Strong knowledge of food safety and regulatory compliance
Hands-on leader with proven team development skills
Compensation & Benefits:
$90,000 – $105,000 base salary
