About the Role
You’ll handle all aspects of pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake through settlement. As a lead advocate for your clients, you’ll oversee case strategy, negotiations, and documentation while working closely with paralegals, support staff, and medical providers.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a full caseload of pre-litigation personal injury claims
• Draft demand letters, negotiate with insurance carriers, and develop case strategy
• Communicate with clients throughout the entire process
• Collaborate with case managers, medical providers, and support staff
• Prepare case files for transition to litigation when needed

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in personal injury law (pre-litigation required; litigation a plus)
• Strong legal writing, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Compassionate, client-centered mindset and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Spanish language proficiency preferred
• Arizona Bar license in good standing
