Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful completion of projects
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Provide strategic direction and oversight for all project activities
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver exceptional results
Essential Job Functions:
- Oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and completion
- Identify and address project risks and issues in a proactive manner
- Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget
- Foster a positive team environment that promotes collaboration and success
Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in a similar role within the mechanical construction industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with process piping, industrial equipment installation, and HVAC projects
