We’re seeking a Bilingual HR Services Specialist (English/Spanish) to support key HR and payroll functions that keep our associates engaged, informed, and thriving. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and being a trusted partner to both employees and management.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage workers’ compensation claims intake and data entry.

  • Guide injured associates through the claims and return-to-work process.

  • Collaborate with insurance carriers, HR partners, and managers on case coordination.

  • Support weekly payroll processing and serve as a back-up payroll processor.

  • Administer and maintain time management systems — including training, troubleshooting, and data accuracy.

  • Handle payroll record updates with precision and timeliness.

  • Assist with benefits administration, enrollment, and communication with providers.

  • Provide HRIS system support and serve as a subject matter expert for UKG associate records.

  • Serve as a back-up recruiter during high-volume periods for entry-level hiring.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s in HR or related field preferred).

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish — verbal and written.

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS platforms (UKG preferred).

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
