Position Overview
As a Signage Sales Manager, you’ll play a vital role in generating new business, building long-term client relationships, and guiding projects from concept to completion. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and clients alike to ensure each solution meets high design and functional standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, particularly in commercial construction

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Provide consultative sales support and recommend tailored signage solutions

  • Prepare and present detailed proposals and sales materials

  • Stay up to date on industry trends, materials, and competitor offerings

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution

  • Represent the company at trade shows, events, and client meetings

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in architectural or commercial signage sales

  • Strong understanding of signage products, fabrication processes, and project workflows

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Self-motivated and well-organized with effective time management

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
