Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a CMMS Administrator to support, maintain, and continuously improve the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) across multiple departments. This role will partner closely with maintenance teams to enhance maintenance processes, data management, and project tracking. The ideal candidate will also provide technical support, training, and assist with troubleshooting maintenance systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain CMMS software for preventive and predictive maintenance programs
  • Partner with maintenance technicians on equipment support and project needs
  • Perform data validation, reporting, and process improvements within CMMS
  • Maintain inventory records, parts management, and equipment documentation
  • Assist with troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems
  • Support the installation and validation of new equipment
  • Collaborate across departments to drive system improvements and equipment reliability
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and proper record keeping
  • Perform other maintenance and technical support duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Experience with CMMS platforms preferred
  • Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and proactive maintenance practices
  • Strong mechanical aptitude; able to assist with equipment troubleshooting and repairs
  • Ability to read technical instructions and solve practical problems
  • Familiarity with inventory management and parts ordering
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in tight spaces and on ladders
  • On-call and overtime availability as needed
  • Basic math skills and computer proficiency required
