Job Snapshot

Job Description

Build Your Practice. Own Your Cases. Still Have a Life Outside the Office.

What if you could practice family law without sacrificing every evening, weekend, or holiday to your caseload?

Our client is an established Tulsa family law firm looking to add an experienced Family Law Attorney to its team. This is an opportunity to take ownership of your cases, handle meaningful litigation, and work alongside a supportive team that understands a successful law practice shouldn't come at the expense of your personal life.

Here, attorneys have the autonomy to manage their cases, the staff support to focus on practicing law, and a schedule that allows them to enjoy life outside the courtroom.

The Opportunity

You'll manage your own caseload from initial client intake through resolution, handling a variety of family law matters while maintaining direct ownership of your cases and client relationships.

What Makes This Opportunity Different:

  • Predictable Schedule: When the courthouse is closed, the office is closed. Enjoy your evenings, weekends, and holidays without the expectation of constant availability.

  • Manageable Caseloads: Focus on providing quality representation rather than simply pushing through an overwhelming volume of cases.

  • True Case Ownership: Manage your cases from start to finish with the autonomy to make strategic decisions and advocate for your clients.

  • Administrative Support: Work with a dedicated support team so you can spend your time practicing law rather than getting buried in administrative responsibilities.

  • Quality Client Relationships: Work with vetted clients who value professional representation and treat the attorneys and staff with respect.

  • Collaborative Environment: Join a team that values communication, collaboration, and having each other's backs.
