  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of custom ground-up home construction experience.
  • Proven project management skills and knowledge of building codes.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
