We’re seeking a highly motivated Associate (5–7 years) to join a dynamic team handling corporate + real estate transactions. Work directly with partners on M&A, entity formation, joint ventures, financing, and commercial real estate deals while advising clients and drafting key agreements.
What You Need:
• 5–7 years of corporate/transactional law experience
• Active PA Bar license
• Strong contract drafting & negotiation skills
• Excellent client-facing, communication & writing abilities
• Ability to manage multiple deals in a fast-paced environment
Salary commensurate with candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
