Our highly regarded and growing law firm is looking to add a Commercial/Civil Litigation Associate Attorney to our expanding litigation team.

What You’ll Do:

      •Handle commercial and civil litigation matters

      • Argue motions and attend court hearings

      • Participate in depositions and trial preparation

      • Assist with case strategy and settlement negotiations

      • Draft pleadings, motions, and legal arguments

      • Engage with a wide variety of Clients

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of litigation experience

• Experience handling motions and court appearances

• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills

• Excellent negotiation skills

Responsibilities:

• Handle employment law matters from inception through resolution
• Draft and argue motions
• Conduct depositions and discovery
• Participate in mediations, negotiations, and settlement discussions
• Assist with trial preparation and strategy
• Advise employers on labor and employment law issues

Qualifications:

• 3–7 years of Labor & Employment law experience
• Strong motion drafting and courtroom skills
• Experience with depositions, discovery, and litigation strategy
• Excellent communication and advocacy abilities
